HOW ARE YOU LIVING?
When it comes to healing, less is often more. The journey isn’t just about what supplements you take, but how you engage with your body and mind. Healing is a holistic process involving physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
What you take vs what you do vs how you do it:
-
- What You Take: Supplements, herbs and even temporary medications have their place, but they are not the main cornerstone of healing.
-
- What You Do: The type of diet you have, your exercise, therapies such as sauna, enemas, castor oil packs, grounding, etc.
-
- How You Do It: The most important in my opinion. How you approach what you do for yourself and your health is incredibly valuable. For example, a frantic, stressed mindset can undermine even the best protocols.
FOUNDATIONS FOR HEALING
In order to be effective in your natural healing path, you need to do these main steps:
-

A diet of whole organic foods with lots of organic fruit, various veggies and truly pastured animal foods are the main tenants. Depending on which phase of healing you are in, you may need to experiment with various dietary protocols.
-
- Lifestyle: In our modern way of living, most of us are very much divorced from the more natural ways of of living. We sit all day, don’t move much, don’t get outside often and our body is neglected. We must return to moving more, sunning more and less harmful inputs from devices, electricity and Wifi.
-
- Drainage and Detoxification: Supporting your body’s natural drainage and detoxification pathways is essential. This includes proper functioning of kidneys, liver, colon, lungs, and lymphatics and supporting them with various herbs and therapies.
-
- Tincture of Time: Healing takes time. It’s important to be patient and consistent with foundational health practices without rushing into aggressive treatments.

THE ROLE OF YOUR MINDSET
Your mental state significantly affects your physical health. A hopeful, calm, and focused mindset enhances your body’s ability to heal. Conversely, frantic mindset can exacerbate health issues and keep you stuck in a negative loop that leads to more of the same.
You need to control your narrative: Focus on what you can control and avoid dwelling on external factors beyond your control.
